View this video clip from the documentary, "Supersize Me." Do you think people have the right to sue fast food restaurants for serving them food which may not be healthy even though nutrition information for the foods is freely available? W

The restaurants should not be serving us food to us that isn't good for us. So we should sue them if they do. We pay our money for food and the food shouldn't be harmful to us.

I think it's the responsibility of the individual to be healthy and choose the right foods. I don't think they have the right to sue the restaurants. It's kinda like suing the restaurants because they want someone else to blame for their own faults.
